Bridge System Engineer (IT)

Overview
A Bridge SE position connecting the Vietnamese development team with Japanese clients. Ideal for developers with 2–5 years of experience who want to build their careers in Japan and gain international project management skills.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Japanese N2 or above — able to read documents and communicate directly
- At least 2 years of programming experience (Java, .NET, or equivalent)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job description
- Serve as the technical bridge between the Vietnamese dev team and Japanese PMs/clients
- Translate technical documents, specs, and requirements
- Manage project schedules and run daily meetings with all parties
- Review code and ensure quality to client standards
