Bento / Food Processing Worker

• High school diploma or higher
• Japanese level N4 or above
• Good health, no food allergies
• No experience required — on-the-job training provided
• Age 18–35 at time of departure

• Operate food processing and packaging lines
• Inspect product quality and labeling according to standards
• Maintain food safety and hygiene in the work area
• Report any irregularities to the shift leader

• Base salary 18–22 man/month, overtime paid in accordance with Japanese labor law
• Dormitory near the plant, reasonable rent of about 15,000–20,000 yen/month
• Health insurance and pension under the Japanese system
• Free Japanese language training before departure
• Interpreter support during your first 3 months
• Return airfare support after completing the contract
