Overview
A 3-year technical intern training program in Hiroshima. Candidates receive thorough MIG/TIG welding and Japanese language training for 6 months before departure. Pre-departure costs are partially covered by the receiving company in Japan.
Requirements
- Junior high school diploma or higher
- No Japanese required — training provided from scratch
- Good health, no chronic illnesses
- No criminal record
- Age 18–30
Job description
- Perform MIG/TIG welding according to technical drawings
- Inspect weld quality to JIS standards
- Clean and maintain welding equipment
- Attend quarterly in-house vocational training
