Hotel Front Desk / Housekeeping

• College/university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or equivalent
• Japanese N2 — fluent communication with guests
• Well-groomed appearance and professional manner
• Basic English is an advantage
• Age 20–35

• Handle check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and assist guests
• Introduce services, book tours and transportation for guests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and restaurant departments
• Handle guest feedback according to hotel procedures

• Salary 20–24 man/month, uniform and meal allowances
