• High school diploma or higher
• Japanese N3 — good communication with customers
• Neat appearance and enthusiastic attitude
• No restaurant experience required — training provided
• Age 18–32

• Take orders, serve dishes, and handle payments
• Assist the kitchen in preparing ingredients according to standard recipes
• Clean and arrange the dining area
• Introduce the menu and recommend seasonal specialties

• Salary 19–23 man/month plus performance bonuses
