Requirements
- Junior high school diploma or higher
- No Japanese required — basic training provided
- Gardening / farming experience preferred
- Good health and diligence
- Age 18–30
Job description
- Sow, tend, and harvest crops according to the seasonal calendar
- Operate agricultural machinery as instructed
- Sort and pack products before shipment
- Maintain hygiene in greenhouses and production areas
