CNC Machine Operator

CNC operator position at a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Aichi Prefecture. This industry faces a severe labor shortage in Japan — strong candidates have the opportunity to switch to an engineer visa after 3 years of work.

• Vocational school diploma in mechanics or equivalent, or higher
• Japanese N3 — basic communication on the shop floor
• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage
• Age 18–35
• Good health, able to work in a factory environment

• Operate and monitor CNC machines according to preset programs
• Check part dimensions with measuring instruments
• Change tools and perform routine level-1 maintenance
• Keep production logs and report to the team leader

• Salary 20–25 man/month, overtime fully paid by law
• Opportunity to switch to an engineer visa after 3 years of experience
